A subset of devices saw delayed push delivery for roughly two hours. Messaging itself remained available. Root cause was a congested push relay; capacity was expanded and monitors tightened.

Encrypted media uploads failed intermittently for ~30 minutes due to a storage gateway misconfiguration. Ciphertext already stored was unaffected. Configuration was rolled back and verified.
